2003 drivers

Hello !
I have compiled all the SLC results for the past few years. I am doing it again for 2004.

I have several questions. Any help is appreciated.

The results always show the teams, but the not the drivers for each race. Is there a list of the drivers for each race?

I did find the team list for the season on the SLC site.
I clicked on each team and found the drivers (Forare) listed.

However, for 2003 there are many times where the drivers are not shown on the Teams page.

If you know who the drivers are for these teams, please tell me:
