F1: Williams anväder sig antagligen inte av Cosworth 2007

läste även denna som bekräftad info i nya auto motor och sport tidningen idag, allt utom rebaged motorer stod där med....

The contract is for only one year as Williams are believed to have signed a 2007 contract with Toyota which could be extended to a two year deal. The news of the Cosworth re-badged Lexus engine deal will see the Button saga resolved as Williams will have a valid contract for Button to oblige by, hence the recent signing of Rubens Barrichello who has been brought in to replace Button at the helm whilst Takuma Sato is given one last year.

Williams are going to run the highly sought after V8 engines of Cosworth next year and will opt against capping the V10's which was believed to be a high possibility as far as Antonio Pizzonia was concerned. But with development to hit full gear in winter testing the highly stressed and massive vibrations of the V8 are believed to have a significant performance edge of the V10s and will be used by most for 2006.

Button är ju helt frikopplad från Williams numera...

såg precis datumet för första posten på forumet jag länkade till :08-04-2005

men Cossie motorer år 2006, sedan "lexus" toyota motorer 2007> är beskräftat.

Lexus är ju "finare" än Toyota, så man kan väl tolka det tvärtom

Men varför inte Toyotamotorer direkt 2006?

har för mig att de redan har ett ettårs kontrakt med cosworth..
