that's the kind of race (hill climb in France) my father used to participate in. I can tell it's a miracle he is alive.

Jag supersugen på att handla! Men det verkar inte finnas på DVD? Sen kommer problemet vilken film man ska välja.. Har inte råd att köpa alla. >

Showed the 1st movie to my father were they climb the Mont Ventoux in the South of France. He happens to have raced there with his brother, he had a Renault Gordini at the time and his brother raced a NSU that never ever finnished a race . He remembered that the start of the climb in the forest (where all this is filmed) is extremely fast ! With the special handling characteristics of the Gordini it was scarry. But the scarriest part was all the wannabe racers like him trainning up and down the pass during week-ends or at night when the road was open to regular traffic

Happily we don't have this hillclimb races in Sweden (at least not that i know of but that would be surprising since there is not much around to climb !) otherwise I would feel the URGE t o participate

MGCC har backtävling i södra skåne, Minnesberg i juli. Men med tanke på hur bergigt skåne är så undrar jag hur mycket backe det verkligen är i den backtävlingen ;-)

Det är bara att komma och köra, antagligen passar din bil kalasbra i RoadsportA. Vagnbok och sånt behövs inte (dock personlig utrustning)
