Really interesting and good work Magnus!
Looks like something for Bettan!
What's the weight?

1.Of each sensor.
2. Of the sensor mounting
3. Of the cpu-box?

That's serious weight saving thinking The right way to do racing thumbs up

Well... I don't know. But for comparison the battery is the heaviest part, it's said to be 10,5g. But it's for 24 hours run time so you either use a much smaller one or preferably don't use a battery at all and instead run the kit from the cars power directly.

An estimate is that the cpu board + the two sensors with daugther boards + the 12V power board + power switch is around 20g excluding 3D printed casing. The red test printed whole-kit enclosure is roughly 20g too but hey, print it with carbon/nylon and it's way lighter. The carbon/nylon mix costs peanuts in those volumes.

PS:
Since you have CAN bus and probably don't have any logging done using Bluetooth BLE you are probably better off with CAN bus sensors, IZZE Racing have them without casings for a very reasonable price. This kit I've put together is more for us Racechrono / Harrys Laptimer mobile phone race track amateurs
