Dear friends of the sport auto perfection trainings, THANK YOU for your patience - we have finally completed the documents for our events in the 2011 season and are ready now to receive your registrations!!!

As already indicated we have had to adjust the event prices because of a considerable increase in rental prices for the Nordschleife. As you surely know from the media, other organisers have been forced to even more dramatic price increases for their events - and some have not even been given any dates yet or can offer only considerably fewer events than usual.

Considering these facts we are very pleased that Nürburgring Automotive GmbH have offered us even three two-day events for 2011 instead of the usual two twoday and one single- day events of the last years. When we calculated our new prices we included only the higher rental costs.

We have factored in neither the higher petrol prices - as you know, they have been going up for years - nor the increase in personnel costs. Even the 20.00 _ more for crash barrier repairs do just reflect the higher costs charged by the repair company used by Nürburgring Automotive GmbH.

In order to be still able to offer a price that is unrivalled with regard to training intensity we have settled for a mixed calculation which leaves, on the other hand, with very little room for variation. This also means that we cannot take out any individual programme parts (such as WarmUp, hotel accommodation etc.) from the package price any more.

DORINT Hotel have not increased their room prices for years, but they can offer us these attractive conditions only if we can agree on booking corresponding numbers of rooms already at the beginning of the year. We have also had to adjust our cancellation conditions. Until 2010 we had to make just a down payment to Nürburgring GmbH shortly before each event, using the money you had paid to us until then.

As from this year we will have to pay half of the rental costs for ALL trainings at the beginning of the year. Therefore we have to create a solid planning basis now. It is very important for us that you can understand the reasons for the changes we have been forced to make in our prices and terms of participation. You have - together with many other faithful and enthusiastic participants - turned our sport auto training into a unique event and a fantastic platform for sports drivers.

We very much hope that you will continue this tradition with us and look forward to seeing you again on the Nürburgring!
