You can use Pacejka's Magic Formula (there are a bunch of variations though) for that. Pacejka recently finished a book on his latest formula (and other tire stuff). Racer uses car.ini files which contains Pacejka sets. Some may have been tweaked to get a somewhat different tire, but they're mostly based on about 5 base sets. Try www.racer-xtreme.com and download some cars to get some Pacejka sets (note I'm using quite an old Pacejka formula with a, b and c coefficients.
